• A 70% deposit is required to confirm your order. Our typical lead time is between 2-4 weeks, after which delivery and installation can be scheduled. Please note that lead times are factory-dependent, so we recommend contacting your nearest branch for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery and installation timeframe.
• With regard to the installation of your reservoir, the timeframe depends on the size selected. Please see the approximate installation timeframes below for reference. Kindly note that these are estimates only and may vary depending on site accessibility, site readiness, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Installation times depend on reservoir size and whether a corrugated roof is included.

2m – 10m diameter reservoirs:

• 1.5m high (no roof): 2 – 6 hours
• 2.2m high (no roof): 2 – 8 hours
• 1.5m high (with roof): 3 – 10 hours
• 2.2m high (with roof): 3 – 12 hours

11m – 12m diameter reservoirs:

• 1.5m high (no roof): ±10 hours
• 2.2m high (no roof): 14 – 16 hours
• 1.5m high (with roof): 14 – 16 hours
• 2.2m high (with roof): 16 – 20 hours

Yes, custom sizes can be discussed. While our standard sizes are the most cost-effective due to material optimisation and minimal waste, we welcome enquiries to assess custom requirements and provide a tailored quote where possible.

RainQueen Reservoirs has dedicated in-house installation teams at all four branches, enabling us to deliver and install your reservoir in most locations across South Africa. Our teams are fully trained in the correct installation methods, ensuring a quality installation and maintaining the validity of your reservoir warranty.

Our reservoirs are designed to be kept full, as this helps prevent the liner from drying out. When the reservoir is left full, very little maintenance is required; however, maintenance needs may vary depending on the specific application of the reservoir.

Our reservoirs carry separate warranties for each component:

Steel Structure: The steel and workmanship of our reservoirs are guaranteed for up to 10 years (RainQueen Terms & Conditions apply).

Liner: The liner is covered by a 5-year proportional warranty (RainQueen Terms & Conditions apply).
